New to Reckon One - payroll for a Pastor

I am the Treasurer of a church, am new to reckon one and am seeking any advice for setting the payroll up for the Pastor.  Obviously classified as a religious practitioner with their unique taxation requirements.  Can any one give any advice re the stipend and allowances splits.
