Online funds transfer between accounts with online banking

I have my nab bank accounts setup with online banking (the lightning bolt appears against them in the chart of accounts).

When I transfer funds from one account to the other, there's a check box that reads ONLINE FUNDS TRANSFER. When you check this box, it flags the transfer with DATE: NEXT BUSINESS DAY and nothing happens. The transfer doesn't occur. I spent a very long time on the help desk and they didn't help me. What I since discovered is that this check box only works if you're in America.

Since this option doesn't work here in Australia, it means whenever I record a transfer between two accounts with online banking I need to acknowledge the warning that comes up advising me to use the automated online transfer facility. It would be great if the IT team disable this warning and especially this option until it becomes available in Australia. As it is, it's confusing and requires unnecessary clicks of OK to dialogue boxes with irrelevant warnings.
