Opening leave balances when switching software - what quantity units used?

Hi, I'm entering the leave opening balances but can't see what units are used.  Hours, days, weeks?  Surely not hours or the LSL will hit the max.

    I think is in hours because it accrued 2.923 hours per 38hr week.
