Our Reckon Accounts dosnt update leave accrued

Our Reckon Accounts dosnt update leave accrued for one employee while it does for others. All tick boxes that we can find are correctly set. We are using reckon Accounts premium version 2013. Can anyone make a suggestion?

Thank You for your response we have done the setup many times and all options are selected correctly. Some of the previous queries relating to leave accrual suggest updating the leave entitlement as at the current date. Allocating leave deducts from the accrual OK but there is no accrual linked to hours worked.
