PAYG Payment Summaries not printing

I am trying to print PAYG Payment Summaries for 2018 however not all statements are included in the print.
I have checked that the employees in question have 'both' selected to ensure I can print and email payment summaries.  However, the summary still does not produce.
Does anyone know how to resolve this?

Check the tick box for “exempt from payment summary “ is not ticked in the employee set up. Hope this helps.

I have the same issue, I have checked the box and it is not ticked but still no payment summary printed.
Any other solution

I have the same issue.  Never had this problem before!  Assistance required asap.

I have an employee who left last week, so I need to print payg summaries, before upgrading to 2018/2019 to do final pay for this employee.

Hi Anna
The reason it may not be printing is because the employee may have no PAYG for the year.  If so you need to put 1 cent in one pay which doesnt affect anything and then a payment summary will be generated.
