Payroll Premier 2016/17 Super Guarantee

An employees first pay for the month was below the $450 threshold, but isn't included in 9.5% of gross wages for the month.  Screenshot is of the second pay of the month, when it should have been included.  Has worked correctly for the same employee in the past. How do I fix this?

Hi Dianne,

Welcome to the Reckon Community.

Can you confirm the date the first pay was Paid was on 1/7/17 or later.  

Have you done a number of pay runs (more than one per week) this month, maybe to fix errors or for special situations?  Then the conditions of KB2189 may apply.

if you still have an issue rebuild the file following the special sequence outlined in KB2192.
