Quickbooks 2012/2013 Unable to print

Hi we are using Quickbooks Premier Edition 2012/2013. We share a company file stored on a server. One of our users is unable to print anything from Quickbooks. When we click on Print nothing happens. The printer dialogue box does not appear and no error message appears.
We have also re-installed Quickbooks but problems still exists. Others users do not have this problem. Require your advice on how to fix this.

Hello Carla,
When you created the user's log in to Quickbooks did you assign them the printer access rights? Each user can be assigned different levels of access depending on their roles in the business.
