Recieved email upgrade Reckon Pro 2014

Recieved email today upgrade Reckon Pro 2014 downloaded the file ugrade saved to hardrive tried to execute file to ugrade error file not recognised looking for an app not sure why this is my computer is running windows 8.1 if this helps

    Hi Bob I think I cam across this a while back, try downloading again. The file might not have downloaded properly. Also try running as administrator and also as 2014 advises temporarily disable your virus scanner. Hope one of these helps. Kind Regards Kim Chapman
