Reckon Hosted 2015 R1 not working

The new '2015 R1' button for Hosted appears to be opening the old 2014 version of Accounts. We upgraded our company file to 2015 last week and now we try to open it using the 2015 link and it just comes up with error "Reckon Accounts Hosted Edition 2014 cannot open this company file because the file has been updated to a newer version or Reckon Accounts". And yes, we have double checked and we are definitely clicking the "2015 R1" login button. Can also confirm this is happening on more than one computer and with all browsers, so believe the problem is at Reckon's end.

I have found this with clients, that they have not been exiting out of Reckon Hosted 2014 properly. They are clicking the X to close the tab and not going File and Exit, and waiting for Reckon Hosted to shut.
When click on X to close the tab 2014 version still is running in the back ground, as it has not shut down properly, so when you click on 2015 to open, it will still open 2014 version. Even though it might say it is 2015 version.
Check that there is no logged in session from the Control Panel.
Then try opening 2015.2 -
