Sounds like you are clicking on the X to close the Browser tab - instead of actually closing the program by selecting File - Exit... then waiting for the browser window to close and take you back to the Launch page?

Yes this could be right so if I do this changes will be saved ? I don't have to do some sort of backup like I used to do in desktop...sorry I am newby at hosted and not much explanation was given when I changed was lead to believe nothing much changed but already I have had printing issues which I have fixed had to allow popups or something I shall try your suggestion and cross fingers. Thanks

If you are not in a middle of a transaction - and click the close button - then you wont lose anything... I always do a monthly backup of my Hosted files and download them to my computer for safety... the Web Servers that Reckon use are backed up for disaster recovery- but you should still do your own backups as often as you want to your B drive (that is provided for you in the Hosted environment)..
