Reckon shuts down when I try to generate payment summaries and I get error code 1896696496

I need to generate payment summaries in Accountright Plus but get error code 1896696496 and then Reckon shuts down.

    Hey Lisa, sounds like there's a data corruption somewhere in the file. Please try to run a data rebuild and verify. Once complete, verify the file again to check the file once more. Then attempt to generate payment summaries again.
