I have just rebuild my pc, running windows 8.1 I have quicken personal plus 2011. After reinstalling the program, and entering the installation key, the following error appears: "Could not connect to licensing server: The application has been denied access to the server. Try again now, or wait and try later." Trying now or later always result in the same error message.
