Salary sacrifice reported at RESC in STP

Salary sacrifice has been reported at RESC in STP but is also being included in Gross total. When employee tried to lodge his tax return, salary sacrifice was added to his taxable income - not deducted.  I currently have the tax tracking set to NONE, should this be changed?
I am using Reckon Payroll Premier 2020

    Yes, Trish.  Tax tracking type should have been set to Gross Payments so that the deduction, in this case, comes off the Gross figure and consequently reduces the tax payable.  The way that you have set it up has effectively made it an after tax deduction.

    When I didn't received any response to my question, I spend time trying different scenarios. I was able to establish the set up error and corrected it and the EOFY STP file.  Thank you John for confirming, much appreciated
