Hey Matthew, is there an option to click 'Continue' or 'Ok'? According to support article 4897 this resolved this issue with RAB2013.
There were other reports of steps if the 'Switch to' failed: 4933
Final support article to try would be: http://kb.reckon.com.au/issue_view.asp?ID=4943
Let me know how you go!

I have been unable to resolve this issue (& related issues) on a site with RA2015 & Office 2010 64bit. Can you please confirm that this configuration should allow emails to just go without getting “There is no default mail client”, or “Server busy”, or “Program is trying to send an email” messages. Or is there a compatibility issue with 64bit versions of Office that can only be resolved by removing & installing a 32bit version of Office?0

Thanks Mirko. That is one of the multiple suggestions I have tried before posting my query. Can you please confirm that there are no compatibility issues as far as Reckon are concerned with 64bit versions of MS Office.0
