STP gross amount does not match actual payroll summary

I have just prepared final pay for 2 employees & when going to export the STP file from Reckon Accounts Enterprise 2018 the adjusted gross pay does not match the adjusted gross pay on the payroll summary.  The PAYG Withholding is correct.  The difference is quite large & I have no idea why.

Can anyone assist?

Edit 2 - I lodged the STP file & all is ok.  the redundancy isn't part of "gross wages" so hence why it wasn't showing there.

Edit - I have just realised that it hasn't included any redundancy payments & that is what the difference is.  Should redundancy be picked up in an STP file??

I did "final pay" and redundancy amounts ended up in ETP column.

HI,  I am having trouble with this as well :(  When I run a "payment summary" report for ETP I don't have anything come into that field.  Not sure if I need to do something?  Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks Sarah
