SUPEA PAYMENT IS NOT SHOWN ON PAYSLIP

Hi,
I am using Reckon one and issue payslips for our employees, but whenever doing it, there is nothing shown about super payment on payslip, even though I entered all super details.

    Hi John, this happened to me as well if this is the first time you are doing a pay run with SGC. Try this... This is a bug (I think). The work around is to create an initial record through Payroll Setup. Try this 
    1. Go to Settings / Payroll Settings
    2. Select the "Pays" tab
    3. Select "Add Pay"
    4. Select the Employee, Pay Item = Super Gurantee, Amount = ???
