Time clock system which integrates with desktop Enterprise

Can anyone suggest a time clock system which tracks staff times spent on each job and integrates with desktop Enterprise?  ie a bundy clock. There seem to be plenty of cloud versions out there but I can't see one for desktop :( 

Our current manual system is by way of job cards where each & all employees note their spent time on a particular job, plus materials used, this is then given to the office to create the customer invoice - cumbersome and not very accurate!
