Hi Ken,
You are able to invoice from timesheets.
Check the service item you are using when entering time sheets has a rate entered.
Lists > Item List select the item Right Click > Edit Item
You will need to:
ensure that the item is allocated to the correct income account.
allocate the hours to the individual Customer / Job that you want to on charge to
ensure the billable column is ticked.
When you select the Customer / Job to invoice you should get a pop up that alerts you that there is billable hours for that Customer / Job you can then select
I have this set up for my clients that have multiple charge out rates eg
Labour
Labour 1.5
Labour 2.0
I have these items set up with the rates that are on charged to their clients.
Hope this Helps
Feel free to email me direct if you need any further assistance.
Kind Regards
Kay

Hi Kay.
Thanks for your timely and very helpful reply. You are good!
A final follow-up: Is there a way to include the date of services on the invoice?
Cheers,
Ken

Hi Ken, Happy to help. Yes you van adds service date , you will need to go to list> templates> Select your invoice template> Columns place a tick in the service date . I would suggest for both print & view. Kind Regards Kay1
