trial password

When trying to start trial I keep getting an error on the password criteria.
I'm using Capitals, Apha, numeric and a fullstop. But it keeps saying Not meeting criteria
Any hints!!!

    Also try a special character other than the period.

    Try copying the password from the email and pasting into the field.  I have found in the past that the l (lowercase l for larry) or I (capital I for India) one that gets confused :-)
