unable+to+open+email+store+mapi+error+at+line+483

Yesterday all was working good as normal, sent 5 emails all good.

Did other jobs, tried to send another email 3 hours later and I keep getting this error.

'MAPI error 00000000 (0) at line 483 in sendemail.cpp.'

Nothing has been changed.

Today still same problem

Reckon accounts accounting 2016

Win 8.1 64 bit.

Outlook   2013.

both outlook and reckon started in administrator.

Tried all the other options, compatibility, and still no go.

Really frustrating when I cannot send accounts and get paid.

I have had this problem before when MS has done updates to outlook and IE, and I did not choose normal setup option, but I have not done any lately

Your help would be appreciated.

    Same thing happened to me at the weekend and i too suspect an office update. I tried everything and eventually gave in and updated to office 2016. All good now. Hopefully it stays that way. Good luck.

    How did you update?

    I have a yearly subscription, and I thought it updates automatically.?

    The upgrade worked just fine. If you have office 365 you usually get a banner towards the top of the screen in one of the office apps inviting you to start the upgrade.

    actually I have a subscription to Office 365 which includes all office apps

    I manually did updates on outlook and now reckon emails are working correctly.

    There was not banner but I did them manually.

    Your a legend.
