Unable to post transactions OR Transfer Data from POS

When using POS pro 2014 I get the below messages when posting or trying to transfer data to/from accounts Pro 2014. The only way I can rectify is to completely uninstall both accounts and pos, but after a few days the problem re-appears and I am again unable to post. This is causing no end of problems .. how do I fix it??? I use window 7 home premium 64 bit, but the problem has only starting since upgrading to 2014 accounts & pos imageimage

    Hi Petra,

    Please try to compact the POS data file.

    I would like to get more details regarding the computers on your end. Is the POS Admin installed on the same computer as the POS Terminal? Do you have separate computers for POS Admin and POS Terminal?

    Admin, Terminal and Accounts are all on the same computer. Will try to compact as soon as I get into work.
