Unable to email from Enterprise Trial with Outlook 2013/WIndows 8

Hi all! Running Enterprise trial at the moment, but cannot email from Outlook 2013. I am running as administrator, but the following message keeps appearing:

SERVER BUSY. This action cannot be completed because the "Tax Invoice from...(Plain Text)" program is not responding. Choose "Switch to" and correct the problem.

Even when I choose "Switch to" I have no idea of what to do and the error message is insistent until I close the Outlook New Message box.

Any ideas?

    Hey Kate,

    I've found the following article which seems to link to up a similar error experienced by some customers:

    The solution suggested states that "Users who have experienced this problem have had the most success with clean uninstalling Office Outlook and reinstalling it."

    Might be worthwhile giving that a go, let me know how it goes.
