Unable to open Quickbooks. i get an error message -1,0. My version is 2011-12

trying to open quickbooks and a window comes up "User Account Control" do you want the following program from an unknown publisher to make changes to this computer. Program name is DBManagerExe.exe. if I click no then I get error message -1,0.

    Hey Rosylyn, welcome to the Reckon Community. DBManager runs the database for QB/RAB. If you do not allow it to run, it would cause difficulties with the program as it is essential  to the software. Try allowing and let me know how you go - Mirko

    Probably try running as Administrator. The DB  Manager is an essential part of Reckon. It should be running while Reckon is open.
