When I try to terminate an employee a message comes up saying "do you want to continue running scripts?". I do not know what this means but either if I say yes or no the termination process stops. I am using Windows 7.

Hi Suzanne,
Welcome to Reckon Community!
Please try the following:- Do not double click on the actual Company File to open - use the program to open it
- Lower down your Internet Explorer Security setting - as the scripts in Reckon Accounts uses the IE configuration
- Run the Reckon Accounts as Admin
Kind Regards,
Jamaiel

This worked for me, thank you. I opened the company file in Admin & opened through main program instead of double clicking company file and was able to finally terminate an employee. Thank you
