WARNING: Error : Opening the cached wizard page

I keep getting the above message when opening Accounts Plus and also when trying to Activate the program after a new installation on our laptop. How can I overcome this?

    Hey Mick,

    Welcome to the Reckon Community.

    I've done some investigating and found an article which states that this error is present when the ActWzd.html & lcgn.html files are missing.

    If these files are missing you would need to uninstall and reinstall Accounts Plus in selective start up mode.
