    Reckon Accounts Premier: Manufacturing and Wholesale Edition 2014.

    No matter where I look, I cant find a iif file format definition for Customer Orders.

    Simon, you talking about Customer Order ?or  you mean Sales Order ?
    we need more info what are you trying to do

    ok , I suppose you are trying to import SO from 3rd party source and you have it in excel
    into RA?. if this is daily processing and you have say more than 100 to do daily, then you may consider automating it. We can do this  for you. We have already automated PO, Stock items, Supplier Bills if you have them in excel or csv,
