Would like to process STP on a second computer (mac). How do I get MFA on second device?

    So can you tell me how to get the MFA on a second computer? It is on a desktop, now I need it on a mac.

    Hi Cathy,

    If you have set up MFA via SMS or Phone Authenticator then you don't need to do anything additional. When you go to log onto GovConnect on any device - you simply enter in the MFA code received via SMS or on the Phone Authenticator.

    If you have set up MFA using the Chrome extension - this can only be used for one device. If you need to use it across multiple devices, you would need to revoke your MFA and use either SMS or Phone Authenticator.
