YODLEE ID dissapears sometimes

I set-up my accounts and entered everything correctly including the YODLEE ID code and next time I went in the download function wasn't working and the YODLEE ID had gone. My friend had a similar problem. It only happened with a couple of accounts. Maybe a bug? Even if other fields were incorrect, I wouldn't expect it to wipe the YODLEE ID.

    Hello Jay,

    Sounds like a corruption - those numbers should not change until you change them.

    Please do the following:
    Resort all your lists
    Rebuild the Data File and the Verify to confirm no errors remain.

    Try again.

    If the number continues to change then create a new bank/credit card account and merge the old one into the new one.
