Well, thank you so much Gerry !- you walked me though this, which appeared to me quite a difficult exercise and now after your expert tutoring , I have a much clearer idea of what I’m doing and more importantly the steps to open the file , and where to store it. Also the idea of shortening the rkn file name is a great idea. So thanks very much for your help and input.

personal plus has stopped working, will not open at all

Firstly on day 1 all my shares data had disappeared but the rest of the program worked, then on day 2 this is what I now get when I try and open the program:
Firstly pics Q1, 2 and 3 in order. Then we I try to restore from the backup file, I get pics Q4, 5 and 6. From pic 6 there is no option so save in a Quicken folder.

It’s entirely up to you whether you want to delete them. There are several options available to keep My Live Q clean and tidy, such as
- Create a folder and place all the STP files in it.
- If you want to delete them, you will need to do so one by one.
To delete a file, place your cursor on the file you want to delete, right click and then press CTRL+D.

Its ok to leave these files in the Q Drive, however if you would like to clean it up, you can delete them.

Hi Team,
I need to save a delivery dockets as a PDF file to attach to an emails. However, when I do save it (Save As - desktop) I can't seem to find it.
Am I saving it in the wrong place or is there another way to save the delivery docket?

If you are using Hosted, it might still be saving those PDF's onto the cloud.
