How to change employee name due to typo
Hi
We have an employee who's name has been spelt wrong. It has an i instead of u. I tried changing it in the profile but it won't let me. How do we fix it up

I have just tried it on mine and. under the personal info tab it all seems to work OK.

I'm sorry to hear you're having some issues with your Reckon Accounts Personal.
The subscription model for the software currently is on a yearly basis.
If you'd like, I could try and figure out what's causing your software to bring up these errors?

Re: Payroll sign in error
I think I saw what you're referring to while I was playing around in my own test book today. It looks like the Software ID alert message appears ever so briefly and then disappears again after Reckon Payroll completes the check and finds the option ticked in the book settings.
That's my assumption anyway but yes it definitely looks like something new. I'll have a quiet word with the product team and see if that's something that can be sharpened up.

Hi @JEN
When you terminate an employee, the system will prompt you to create a final pay run for them. In this pay run, you can remove the 'annual leave/long service' pay items by clicking the item and removing it.
Please advise: this is based on my understanding of what can be done in the software, and I’m not entirely sure about the accounting aspects of it.
