I am using Reckon Accounts Personal Plus 2021.Ā AĀ series of entries have appeared in bills and deposits showing a status "done", amount "0" and action "auto" instead of "enter". I have not been able to delete these items. I have "validated", "super validated" and copied the file. The first two cleared the problem but onlyā¦
Hi, I have 2 share investment accounts, each with their own linked bank account. I have now closed one bank account and diverted all investment transactions to the remaining bank account. I can't seem to find a way to change the linked bank account. It may be that a bank account can only have one linked investmentā¦
When I try to back I receive an error code "cannot open source file" Tried backing up to a different location same result, tried logging out and going back in same result Ian P
Had to reload Personal plus which activates & opens. however, when attempting to reopen I get the message 'Unable to store required information". When attempting to activate by telephone I receive the same message. The only way I can get access is to uninstall & reinstall. Can'tā¦

When I click on reconcile with my new bank statement which ends on 31 July 2025, a Statement Summary window opens where it says "The last statement ending date is 31/07/2025". The last reconciliation was actually with a statement ending 31 March 2025. How can I edit this to correct it?
