I have just installed v31 after paying my annual subscription. I am trying to restore my files from my back up USB and it says "the file is not ready". I have tried copying the backup file to my desktop and reinstalling from there,but it gives me the same message???
I have recently changed to a new computer and find the accounts on reckon are barely able to be read, I followed some advice which resulted in everything on the computer enlarging in size, what is the problem? On my old desktop the size of the font in accounts was no problem.
