My 2020 version expired without an update to 2021. Can I just download 2022 do I have to download 2021 first? Having trouble. How do I uninstall previous version, and can I do that without losing my data?

All of a sudden when I click on the cashflow tab this unexpected error is displayed on the screen and when I close it quicken shuts down and I have to open quicken again. No information is lost Any ideas why this has started happening?

Program removed with Revo Uninstaller and program installed on my E drive and opened correctly. I then restored my latest backup file. Every time I download Reckon Personal Plus 2022 I get as far as Unzip and then get the following message. Could not create *C:\temp\Reckon_Accounts_Personal_2022*. Unzip operation cancelled. Can anybody help please? I am using Windows 11 Thanks. Ken
