Hi, I am having trouble finding the portal for downloading the 2013 home and business on my new laptop (have it on my old laptop and it expires Dec 2023, but sadly my old laptop will not make it to then). My Reckon Personal 2019 seems to open because I hear the loading chome, i see an icon in the Task bar indicating it's loaded but it is not visible on my screen, only my background wallpaper. Any assistance apopreciated.

I can not access Reckon Accounts as it is saying my licence has expired, however I renewed it in May. The 1800 number doesn't work on weekends yet this is when I do my personal accounts. Can anyone help??

To solve the recurring problem with renewals is it best to buy a new subscriptions and download a new version of Reckon Accounts Personal. Obviously you would need to backup data first and restore to new install
I am trying to setup Reckon Accounts Personal 2022 on my laptop. I have been using Reckon Accounts Personal (RAP) 2017 on my desk top and when I try to paste a copy of the QDF data file from my desk top into Reckon Accounts Personal 2022 on my laptop it displays an old All Accounts list and grossly incorrect balances.
