Have been using Reckon Accounts 2011-12 version (upgraded to 2013 version). Laptop died so had to upgrade and purchase a new one only to find Reckon Accounts 2013 isn't compatible with Window 10 so had to subscribe to Reckon One - then find out i can't import any business files or datd from Reckon Accounts 2013 to Reckonā¦

I am trying to install Reckon Personal trial and it asks me to delete my Quicken 2013. I do not want to do that as I cannot reinstall it (cant find CD). Why can it not work with two versions installed at the same time? Thanks
Want to load Quicken 2012 Personal Plus on new replacement PC. Have received link and activation code from Reckon. Have installed Quicken 2012 on new PC and after entering the activation code get notification of "Attempting to contact the activation server" Then a box appears with "Quicken has encountered a problem andā¦

When I open the app it asks me if I am a new user etc. I click the option to open an existing file, open the appropriate file and all appears OK.
