I have Personal Plus. When I access a bank account I see all the transactions I have entered. At the bottom of the screen I see a box 'Download Transactions'. Under this is 'Set up Download' which is in gray and doesn't work. Is there any way I can download transactions from my bank on line into Reckon? Lex

Hi just upgraded to 2021 and I am unable to enter a Share buy transaction. After filing out the Buy form and clicking on [Enter/Done] the system returns with a dialog message "Transaction Cancelled" see attached screen shot.
The upgraded 2020 version is riddled with errors, keeps corrupting transactions after about 5. Does not import QIF files. It is simply not working. Running Windows 10. Have been using this product for years without issue - the 2019 to 2020 upgrade has simply screwed everything.
