I have a new computer and have managed to get Reckon installed on it. I can't restore my backup files. Can you take me through the process please.
How do I do the next stage after downloading the file, asking to uninstall what???
I've read through the installation guide but cannot see at what point I actually run the software download. Can anyone offer a simplified upgrade process please?
According to Bloomberg the ticker code for the fund I have is ANZBAGR:NZ however when I look it up in Reckon home and business 2021 it fails to find the code and I'm unable to download quotes. We have changed the bank account linked to our share portfolio. How do I change the linked account so that when we enter a share buy or sell into the share portfolio the money transaction will go to the right bank account?
Have recently purchased a new laptop with windows 10 and am currently using a trial version of Personal Plus 2021. No problems with operation but the software appears blurred on the screen. Have tried various display changes but no improvement. Is this typical of a trial version? Any suggestions? Cheers
