Since upgrading to Reckon Accounts Premier 2023 (and of necessity upgrading our QODBC driver to 23.0.0.351), all of our integrations have stopped working. So about a week into New Year and everything's good. Upgraded to Desktop 2023, STP Phase 2 compliant ... and we get a nasty blackout. When the power came back on, the computer didn't. So I had to buy a new box, and I have access to a QBB back-up file. My question is how do I do a new clean install of 2023 Accounts Plusā¦
I am currently trying to upgrade from Enterprise 2019 to 2021, is there a way to skip the backup during upgrade. It is a large file, and it will take forever. Can someone reply quickly, thanks.
