I am setting up Reckon One for the first time. One on my employees Superannuation fund is BT For Life ABN 39827542991 with USI BTA0287AU. When this is entered in the Super setup area it doesn't populate in the drop down box when trying to select the correct super fund. Can any shed some light on how to fix this issue?

Hi all I'm processing an unscheduled payrun for one employee to pay out long service leave on termination. The LSL hadn't previously been accrued. Reckon One has calculated a negative tax amount for the pay so the net payment is higher than the gross. How can I adjust the PAYG withheld to fix this?

An employee was not set up correctly in December 2020 - her residency and tax scale are incorrect. Only worked for 2 weeks so the incorrect tax was never noticed.
