Hi there I am new to Reckon One. I have set up a Bank Feed. I have linked my accounts. When will I see the transactions in my Reckon. When I look at the "upload source it says the name of my bank but Date of last import = "never Imported". I cant see anywher ein my system to promt Reckon to download transactions.
Reckon One - payroll lite I am just trying to get super to register within a payrun and therefore show up on the payslip. I think I have set up everything I need to do within super funds and the employee payset up but in the payrun although the employee has definitely earned over $450 for the month it is still showing $0.ā¦
Desperately need a full detailed leave accrual and taken report from Reckon One.... Please tell me this is available, I have to prove to client when employee took leave and what has been accruing each week. He is jumping up and down at the amount he has to pay on termination.. All I can find is a summary and you can'tā¦

Hi, My husband and I have 2 separate businesses. I have recently started mine and I am wondering if I can add a reckon one book to our existing reckon one profile but pay for the 2 books separately. Or if I create another log in can I link the 2 books somehow? Thanks
Hi all, I regularly encounter the problem of my invoices being super slow to load. I have probably 3 to 4 pages of invoices. When i click on invoices, sometimes I'm waiting for a minute or more for them to load. I get the message "There's nothing here yet.....". Even trying to use the arrow to get to the next page ofā¦
Hi I am changing back from Reckon one to hosted - I changed my subscription to basic knowing that the renewal isnt until April 14 so I still had time to do my reports anyway I just logged on to get a few more reports and my payroll is gone :/ so I cant access them??? this doesnt renew until APRIL 14 so why have I lostā¦
How do I automatically add employees into a payrun using the previous weeks payrun employees or using a template rather than manually adding them one by one? I have too many employees which takes a lot of time and the reckon interface is slow and clunky which wastes a lot of time. Thanks
Hi , very new to reckon and have not done BAS before it was always done by an accountant . is there any video or tutorial which will train be prepare BAS , Thanks
How do I set up a template for sales receipt in Reckon One? I need to be able to add particular details to the template? Most of income is from donations as as we have DGR I need to be able to advise that the donation is tax deductible. We are a charity and don't issue statements
