I am trying to do a pay run since this morning on my iPad. Login: ok; Select a member: ok When I try to edit the member, the screen goes white, the circle of dots starts revolving; the screen has frozen. I have to close the program. Can you help?
Hi, I have a problem to create a pay run. I have been trying for two days, every time when I clicked the Add item for Earnings, the page kept loading until a message came out saying ā Something went wrong. We canāt complete your request. Reload the page or log out if the issue persists.ā Is any problem with the software?
I have created an earnings item sheep and selected āotherā for the pay rate basis; however, when using this for an employee in a pay run it still gives me hours and rate per hour. How do I change this to number of sheep and rate per sheep
H, when I create a new pay run, the tax total is incorrect and I try to change but it wonāt allow me change the total. normally I can go and change the total but as from 14th December it wonāt allow me to change. can anyone help? thanks
Hi,I did a Payrun last Monday (5th December) and itā still showing processing as from today. I checked MyGov and it seems to have gone through. Not sure if I need to do anything as all the other pay runs I put through show up as success. Thanks for any advice. Claudia
I go to FY20/21 and it says no paid employees. When I go to pay runs. the 1st pay run on the app is 30 June 2021 it is a Draft. It doesn't have any amounts in gross earnings or tax withheld to edit. I do remember adjusting it last year when the accountant asked me to. But ATo doesn't have the adjusted amounts and says notā¦
