How to add time/costs on invoices

On the hours tab the hours for each employee are there but the rate is nil, how do I asign a rate?

    Hi Matthew If the hours are coming through on the Invoice, I am assuming you are using Timesheets to enter the employees hours, and you will have setup items for your employees. If when you setup the item you used a Service or an Other Charge item, you need to tick the Box "this ... is used in assemblies or by a subcontractor ...." this then gives you the cost side and the Income side where you put the amount you want to charge your employees out for on the Invoice.     In Reckon Accounts,there is no report that will show hours by dollars on time spent on any jobs, or reports by dolars showing unbillable or billable cost by each employee. Also if you like to see the name of employee displayed in the tax invoice, is not available. Cosmic Innovations part of Cosmic Accounting, has fully integrated report tool to see all these features
