Quick Books 2008-09 tax liability report for including random information from previous years

Preparing for BAS - I knew the BAS expenses amount was way out (should have been around $400 and was $1200) checked custom report for period (correct - and had included some apparently random expenses (previously paid) from 2010 and 2012 in the 2014 quarterly report.  

Have not noticed this before...

There is only one employee (me)

Hi Rae,

Do you report on a cash or accrual basis for GST?

Is there a chance that they have only recently been marked as paid and that's why they appear if you are on a cash basis?
