BankData - Finds Transactions but Select Bank Form does not open after selecting to continue

I have successfully setup a couple of Bankdata feeds and can see available transactions but when I click the Continue button, nothing happens (No "Select Bank Account" form). After selecting Continue, I'm returned to the Online Banking screen with seemingly nothing happening except for if I press the BankData Import again, I get a message saying "Bankdata import wizard is already running".
