Hi Esther,

If you are using QuickBooks or ReckonAccounts EasyStart 2011/2014 those systems are in Cash Accounting Only. In order to see the Accrual Accounting side you will need to upgrade one step up and go from EasyStart to Accounting of QuickBooks/ReckonAccounts.

In regards to creating supplier invoices in EasyStart you will need to create a Supplier and then go to the Write Cheques feature to write a cheque to the supplier as "Money Out".
