Upgrading from Quickbooks 2003 Lite to Reckon Accounts Accounting 2014

I am trying to upgrade my company file to Reckon Accounts Accounting 2014 from Quickbooks 2003 Lite. I have installed the trial version of Quickbooks 2007/08 on my PC and have attempted the interim upgrade of my company file using it. The upgrade starts Pass 1 and gets to the last item in the list before closing the software and thus failing to perform the upgrade fully. I rang technical support and they suggested restoring my company file from a backup and then attempting the upgrade again; no success there also. Any ideas why this might be happening? Hi Cameron,
There is a chance that by skipping the versions in between it is causing an issue (I've had this happen before).
Other than contacting Reckon to get all the interim versions, I would suggest to contact your local Reckon Accredited Partner http://home.reckon.com.au/support/Home/ReckonSupport/FindAReckonAccreditedPartner.aspx
