Two stocks not updating

Dear Reckon,
I sent this problem last week and received a reply from a member for a workaround.
The problem still exists however and has not been fixed.
I am using Personal Plus 2015.

Two of my stocks Orora Limited ORA and Recall Holdings REC are not updating.
Can you check it out please.

ORA is downloading for me. Have you checked it's set as Australian shares. If so you could try changing the code on your share list (make sure it's not an ASK code you change to and merge prices when it asks) then changing back to ORA (again merging prices). That might work.

I was set to Australian Shares so I was somewhat sceptical whether changing the ASX codes and merging would work... but work it did!
