    Hi Kim,
    You have to upload one.

    Hi Sally

I do realise this, but there is a sample company on the reckon site that you can download, to upload to clients trial.  I have searched the site, the knowledge browser and cannot find the link to download this sample company file.  I have used it before, but have forgotten.

When you log into 2015R1 (Reckon Accounts HOSTED) trial,  and click further on 2015R1 green button,
    a)  do you see any companies at all (I assume not, hence your question)
    b)  Try doing an OPEN/RESTORE at that login screen for companies,
and choose:  restore a backup copy (.QBB)   <NEXT>
         and see if there is a <local backup>  called:  B:\Reckon Test Company.qbb

thanks Gary will look, Reckon sent me a link which downloaded it to my PC to upload, but the client is overseas and is downloading the trial from there, it was getting too hard to explain how to upload etc., the last trial I set up personally for a client didn't have this link, in fact Reckon said there was no sample company at that time for Hosted.
