Change email settings on Reckon Accounts 2014

We have changed to a new email server and we need to update the email settings stored in Reckon - how do I do this?

Hi Drew

If you are referring to a change of email address i.e @bigpond.com is now @yourcompany.com.au, then on the menu go to "company>company information' & update your email address.

If you have gone to a new email program (server) i.e from outlook to MS Exchange or a server internally, then close Reckon, make sure the emails/program etc are working on your PC and is set to the default.

Open Reckon and email, it should find your emails automatically, if not, take a note or snapshot of the message or error report.
