2015 Premier Upgrade Backup Issues Stalling

Hi I am trying to upgrade to the 2015 reckon accounts and I am having issues the the backup process it takes 40 minutes then stops at 99% I have tried about foru times can you please help me

    Hey Jemma, please try to run a verify and rebuild (then verify the file again) prior to upgrading. Let me know how this goes. ^Mirko
