Reckon closed down when I tried to export a .ABA file to my PC now it cannot find the data base

I use Reckon 2015 on a stand alone PC. When I have tried to get back into Reckon after it closed down it comes up with "error: - 6123,0 Reckon Accounts is trying to access the company file but cannot contact data base server." I have tried to locate it on my PC but with no luck. Can some one provide a solution?

    Shane.  Have you done a search on the community site for this particular error?  If you do, you will find that others have had the same issue and Reckon support has provided links to articles etc on how to try and fix the problem.  John L G
