I would like to know how to set up rental properties in reckon accounts hosted 2015/2016. Do i create the rental property as a fixed asset and then the tenant as a customer and enter sales receipts for rent payments? I also need to display the outgoings and associated management fees. The report in accountant - journal is not deducting the expenses from the income, but is instead adding the amounts together. Any help would be appreciated as reckon technical support could not help any further
