I am trying process a termination pay on Reckon Account Premier Edition 2016
Employee annual leave accural period is set at the beginning of every year on the anniversary of start date eg. 2/4/2012 so 152 hrs of annual leave is added every year in April.
When I do termination pay shows hours available as of 13/9/16 6.27 hours does this include any hours accured from April 2016 - September 2016?
I think employees is entitled to approx another 2 weeks?

If you add 152 hours in bulk for the whole year, then yes, leaving in Sept will still be showing the full amount of leave for a full year. Best to have leave calculating on a weekly or per pay basis.

Hi, I have set up the accrual period at 'every pay' which is weekly. And begin accrual time is set at April 2016. But, I have to terminate an employee on March 2017, and looking at the hours used this year row, the number shows only the hours used until Dec 2016. I dont understand why it doesnt calculate the hours used after Jan 2017.
Does anyone know why?
